Manage review, negotiation, administration, and lifecycle support of commercial and U.S. government contracts, NDAs, and supplier agreements. Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, export licensing, and CUI requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams, support ERP/CLM/document systems, lead process improvements, and assist audits and assessments.

Develops and improves manufacturing methods for CNC production, creates and validates work instructions and documentation, specifies and procures equipment, monitors maintenance and preventive schedules, drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Planning, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

Oversee program quality across design, production, and supplier activities to ensure contract and customer requirements are met. Create and review flow-downs, route cards, inspection plans, data packages, and certifications; manage inspections, audits, nonconformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead assembly and testing of turbomachinery from development to shipment. Create test plans, P&IDs, instrumentation lists, and data acquisition setups; run environmental, performance, shock/vibe tests; troubleshoot, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
