Lead assembly and testing of turbomachinery from development to shipment. Create test plans, P&IDs, instrumentation lists, and data acquisition setups; run environmental, performance, shock/vibe tests; troubleshoot, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Support program managers by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking action items, organizing stakeholder meetings, compiling and checking data, producing meeting minutes and next actions, escalating schedule/cost/scope issues, and proposing process improvements across development and manufacturing program lifecycles.

Lead complex manufacturing and build-to-print programs for naval submarine systems from contract award through delivery. Manage cross-functional teams, customer and subcontractor relationships, schedules, budgets, risks, recovery plans, estimates, and corrective actions while ensuring quality and compliance in a highly regulated defense manufacturing environment.

Oversee program quality across design, production, and supplier activities to ensure contract and customer requirements are met. Create and review flow-downs, route cards, inspection plans, data packages, and certifications; manage inspections, audits, nonconformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns production test development, design-for-test analysis, execution, troubleshooting, and documentation for power, digital, and analog circuits. Develops test equipment and processes, estimates costs, verifies calibration, leads test readiness and safety reviews, and coordinates with engineering, production, quality, project management, sourcing, and vendors. Tests products including motor controllers, regulators, and alternators while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
