Lead cross-functional program teams to manage budget, scope, and schedule across the product lifecycle. Serve as primary customer contact, support sales with estimates, manage risks, forecast performance, execute recovery plans, and drive interdepartmental improvements while ensuring compliance and fostering positive culture.

Lead engineering teams to develop and qualify turbomachinery from concept to flight-ready hardware. Provide technical direction, perform design/analysis (heat transfer, stress, rotordynamics, aerodynamics), manage schedules/budgets, oversee testing and manufacturing coordination, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead assembly and testing of turbomachinery from development to shipment. Create test plans, P&IDs, instrumentation lists, and data acquisition setups; run environmental, performance, shock/vibe tests; troubleshoot, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
