Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits and leave administration, compliance, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and learning and development. Maintains employee records, conducts orientations and check-ins, coordinates benefits and compliance activities, supports audits and unemployment claims, and serves as a resource for employee policy and benefits questions. The role also assists with training programs, employee events, surveys, and HR operational processes.

Oversee program quality across design, production, and supplier activities to ensure contract and customer requirements are met. Create and review flow-downs, route cards, inspection plans, data packages, and certifications; manage inspections, audits, nonconformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns production test development, design-for-test analysis, execution, troubleshooting, and documentation for power, digital, and analog circuits. Develops test equipment and processes, estimates costs, verifies calibration, leads test readiness and safety reviews, and coordinates with engineering, production, quality, project management, sourcing, and vendors. Tests products including motor controllers, regulators, and alternators while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
