Lead and manage complex cross-functional engineering and manufacturing programs, owning budget, scope, schedule, risk, and customer relationships. Support sales in proposal shaping, mentor PMO staff, implement program tools and methodologies (agile/waterfall), drive corrective/preventative actions, and formulate recovery plans for major variances.

Execute component- and subsystem-level mechanical design and analysis for turbomachinery, including 3D CAD modeling, FEA/CFD, GD&T, and drawing releases. Lead small projects, coordinate with manufacturing and testing, prepare design documentation, and support troubleshooting. Communicate across teams and present technical results. May travel ~10% and work overtime as required.

Manage review, negotiation, administration, and lifecycle support of commercial and U.S. government contracts, NDAs, and supplier agreements. Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, export licensing, and CUI requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams, support ERP/CLM/document systems, lead process improvements, and assist audits and assessments.
