Prepare monthly financial statements, maintain the general ledger using fund accounting principles, and support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and charity returns. The role manages internal controls, funding compliance, payment approvals, financial analysis, and process improvements while collaborating with controllers, external partners, and team members. It also provides accounting guidance and supports accurate reporting within a nonprofit housing organization.

Plan and run therapeutic and recreational activities for seniors, assist with resident care and mealtimes, direct volunteers, ensure safety and engagement, and foster relationships with residents, families, and team members under the Recreation Therapy Manager.

Plan, implement, and lead therapeutic and recreational programs for seniors; support mealtimes and basic care; supervise volunteers; document resident participation and progress; maintain safety, infection control, and a welcoming environment; participate in professional development.

Provide clinical consultation and education for long-term and assisted living care, design and deliver training, lead quality improvement, conduct audits, support risk management and health and safety initiatives, and mentor staff to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
