Manage and adjust staff schedules, fill short- and long-call and vacation shifts in compliance with collective agreements, audit schedules and timecards, compile scheduling reports, maintain communications with staff and leaders, support process improvements, and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.

Plan, implement, and lead therapeutic and recreational programs for seniors; support mealtimes and basic care; supervise volunteers; document resident participation and progress; maintain safety, infection control, and a welcoming environment; participate in professional development.

Plan and run therapeutic and recreational activities for seniors, assist with resident care and mealtimes, direct volunteers, ensure safety and engagement, and foster relationships with residents, families, and team members under the Recreation Therapy Manager.
