Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, manage communications, verify insurance, process referrals and authorizations, maintain accurate records, and support daily medical office operations while delivering a positive patient experience.

Supports the Epic Radiant application lifecycle through workflow analysis, configuration, testing, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, security access, and end-user support. The analyst collaborates with healthcare stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to maintain application functionality, patient data integrity, interoperability, and operational improvements. The role includes remote support, on-call rotations, and participation in Epic governance and enhancement processes.

Provides direct inpatient care to acute and observation patients in a cardiovascular step-down unit. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, medication administration, documentation, patient advocacy, care coordination, delegation, education, safety, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The RN may also serve as a preceptor, charge nurse, unit educator, or nurse clinician and participates in quality improvement and professional development activities.
