Supports operating and capital budget preparation, researches account variances, assists management with budget development, reviews monthly variance analyses, and identifies trends affecting future budget needs.

Provides administrative and onboarding support to hospital leadership and flex-team operations. Responsibilities include email management, event and meeting coordination, supply ordering, timekeeping, invoice coding and payment, verifying worked versus billed hours, coordinating with contract labor vendors and schedulers, and assisting customers. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, customer service, decision-making, and multitasking skills.

Provides advanced financial and administrative support for oncology clinical trials and research programs. Manages study budget development, MCA negotiations, pre- and post-award finances, sponsor invoicing, grant tracking, CTMS oversight, and financial reporting. Ensures compliance with Baptist Health policies, research SOPs, NCI requirements, and sponsor guidelines while partnering with investigators, clinical operations, and finance leadership on trial startup, activation, and fiscal performance.
