Leads a business transformation consulting practice focused on finance technology, ERP strategy, FP&A, reporting, process automation, and operating-model redesign. Owns complex client engagements, including delivery, staffing, budgeting, pricing, and P&L accountability. Advises CFOs and finance leaders, drives business development, develops proprietary methodologies, and builds high-performing consulting teams. The role requires expertise across finance systems, analytics, automation, accounting, and executive-level stakeholder management.

Leads and builds BAO’s Accounting Advisory practice as a market-facing executive. Responsibilities include developing a substantial book of business, setting service-line strategy, overseeing complex client engagements, representing the firm publicly, managing practice P&L and staffing, recruiting senior talent, and creating proprietary advisory methodologies. The role requires deep accounting advisory expertise, strong executive relationships, significant business-development capability, and extensive leadership experience in a Big 4 or comparable advisory firm.
