Lead development and integration of construction execution schedules for large mining EPC/EPCM projects. Oversee sequencing, resource loading, productivity analysis, schedule controls, and recovery. Ensure integration with engineering and procurement, provide schedule impact analyses and recovery plans, mentor planning staff, and support proposal and vendor evaluations to enable safe, efficient, and predictable site execution.

Support the Program Assurance Delivery Manager by developing and implementing technical assurance plans, schedules, dashboards, and tools for the Ontario Line. Track assurance milestones, monitor design reviews, non-conformances, and metrics, integrate assurance systems, and promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across multiple contract types.

Administer and manage subcontract performance and commercial obligations on a large construction project. Prepare and negotiate change orders, commitment authorizations, invoices, payments and close-outs. Monitor contractual risks, maintain correspondence and status reports, facilitate contract review meetings, reconcile contractor accounts, obtain releases, and support audits and evaluations while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Serve as front-line receptionist and administrative support for the Toronto office: answer main phone lines, greet visitors, manage Teams/SharePoint site and mailboxes, handle shipping/receiving, calendar and travel bookings, prepare documents and meeting minutes, assist Office Services with service requests and events, maintain distribution lists and room bookings, and perform occasional after-hours support and deputy Fire Warden/First Aid duties.

Support identification, tracking, and reporting of project risks for a large transit infrastructure program. Maintain risk and issues registers, coordinate risk workshops, track mitigation actions, prepare reports and dashboards, contribute to quantitative risk assessments, and interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely escalation and data accuracy.

Lead multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM project delivery from concept through closeout for a large potash expansion. Oversee planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, performance reporting, contractor management, change orders, risk mitigation, and client communications while ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
