The HSE Advisor monitors and enforces project health, safety, and environmental requirements at a major construction and mining project. Responsibilities include contractor compliance, field inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting and investigation, safety training, PPE and equipment certification reviews, permit-system oversight, trend analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions. The role works closely with field supervision, subcontractors, and project leadership on a 15-days-on, 13-days-off rotation.

Provides technical leadership for complex instrumentation and control systems engineering projects. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering deliverables, participating in P&ID, HAZOP, LOPA, and alarm rationalization reviews, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, evaluating technical bids, maintaining engineering standards, monitoring quality and schedules, and mentoring junior staff. The role may also serve as Lead Engineer on industrial, energy, mining, infrastructure, nuclear, and EPC/EPCM projects.

Lead all phases of a large EPC project from concept through turnover, ensuring compliance with contract, safety and quality. Manage multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, project controls (EVM), procurement, construction, commissioning, change orders, claims, and reporting to senior leadership.

Lead process design from concept through detailed engineering for industrial plants. Perform equipment/process design (pumps, compressors, columns, exchangers), attend HAZOP/Risk reviews, support construction/commissioning, conduct field checks, and provide technical leadership and guidance on projects.
