Lead all phases of a large EPC project from concept through turnover, ensuring compliance with contract, safety and quality. Manage multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, project controls (EVM), procurement, construction, commissioning, change orders, claims, and reporting to senior leadership.

Lead development, integration, control and recovery of commissioning schedules for a large mining EPC/EPCM project. Oversee sequencing, resource loading, productivity analysis, schedule controls and recovery, and ensure integration with construction, engineering, and procurement. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, stakeholder interface, and support proposal planning and schedule risk assessments for site-based, camp/rotational execution.

Support business development by coordinating proposal development, preparing proposal content and execution plans, tracking action items, facilitating reviews, participating in client contract reviews and industry events, and liaising with communications. Provide stakeholder coordination and present value-driven topics to leadership to support Bantrel’s EPC growth.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate and project teams: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, talent pipelining, campus recruitment, ATS and LinkedIn systems management, recruitment metrics, and process improvement with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Lead program-level systems completion, progressive turnover and operational readiness for a major rail project. Develop handover strategies, room readiness, T-minus planning, S-curve EV reconciliation, asset data management, and cross-functional coordination with contractors, commissioning, and stakeholders to deliver consistent handovers and operational readiness across segments.
