Supports integrated delivery of a major subway infrastructure program by coordinating cross-package dependencies, sequencing, handovers, construction logistics, schedule alignment, mitigation planning, technical interfaces, and integration risks. The role works with project controls, delivery teams, technical disciplines, contractors, and Metrolinx to improve project-wide visibility, readiness, decision-making, and successful transitions across work packages.

Provides administrative support to corporate and project teams by coordinating travel, reviewing expense reports, organizing meetings and events, supporting employees and contractors, maintaining records, and assisting management. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Manages project documentation in an EDMS, including document uploads, distribution, metadata, version control, quality checks, audits, numbering, approvals, and records management. Supports engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provides guidance on document-control procedures, assists with handover activities, and supports training and best-practice implementation.
