Drive new business and meet sales targets by developing sales strategies, prospecting clients, presenting insurance products, and negotiating deals. Assess client risk profiles, source and negotiate insurer terms, ensure regulatory-compliant documentation and premium payments, liaise with auditors, and deliver policy documents to clients.

Generate leads, present and demonstrate insurance products, negotiate contracts, develop client accounts, advise customers, resolve complaints, prepare weekly/monthly reports, promote company programs, and monitor competitor activity to meet sales goals.

Identify and develop new insurance business, meet revenue targets, prepare sales plans and proposals, present to clients, manage client relationships, handle claims and policy renewals, maintain sales records, support marketing and internal training, and prepare reports for underwriters.

Drive new real estate business and revenue growth, develop sales strategy and business plans, manage and coach sales executives, maintain sales pipeline and records, prepare proposals/RFPs and quotations, visit properties for inspection, resolve client issues, and ensure adherence to company policies and budgets.

Generate and convert leads for luxury short-let apartments: prospect, market (digital and social), conduct viewings, negotiate leases, maintain client relationships, report KPIs, and support occupancy and retention targets.

Handle day-to-day procurement and expense processing: set up vendor accounts, process purchase requisitions, invoices and expense claims, obtain approvals, liaise with colleagues, support month-end close, produce ad hoc reports, and prepare pension schedules.
