Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage core banking, reseller, and referral partners; structure partnership agreements; nurture relationships; collaborate with Sales and Marketing for lead handoff and co-marketing; track partnership performance and contribute to go-to-market strategy. Represent Bankjoy at industry events.

Own a portfolio of community bank and credit union clients, drive product adoption and renewals, lead executive business reviews and onsite engagements, identify upsell opportunities, triage escalations, and collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Support to maximize client value and retention.
