The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with financial institutions, and position Bankjoy's digital solutions to meet client needs, driving new business and achieving sales targets.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and growth roles across engineering, product, marketing, and sales. Source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, handle pre-boarding and background checks for US and Canada, and report recruiting metrics to leadership in a remote, hyper-growth environment.

Own a portfolio of community bank and credit union clients, drive product adoption and renewals, lead executive business reviews and onsite engagements, identify upsell opportunities, triage escalations, and collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Support to maximize client value and retention.
