Lead design, development, and maintenance of native Android applications in Kotlin. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, architect scalable solutions, improve CI/CD and testing, troubleshoot performance issues, mentor junior engineers, and keep the codebase aligned with modern Android standards.

The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with financial institutions, and position Bankjoy's digital solutions to meet client needs, driving new business and achieving sales targets.

Lead and scale the implementation organization, hire and develop Implementation Managers, own delivery quality and go-live success, remove blockers, define playbooks, manage escalations, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
