The Property & Casualty Sales Leader is responsible for hiring and managing a team of validating Producers focused on capturing new business. This position is managing only and does not have an individual sales quota. The focus is on a high Producer validation rate accomplished by managing their participation in the Bankers Insurance Producer Training Program, monitoring their prospecting activities, and instilling a consultative sales process. Sales Leaders must have strong sales coaching and mentoring skills and have extensive Property & Casualty Commercial Brokerage experience. This is a hands-on, tactical role supporting a team-oriented sales process which requires going out on appointments with Producers.

The Personal Insurance Account Manager is responsible for assisting clients with service and risk management needs, sales of personal insurance products, and maintaining client relationships. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior customer service experience.
