Perform clerical bookkeeping to maintain the bank's general ledger and external accounts: balance accounts, prepare debit/credit tickets, process/verify wires, handle customer inquiries and account research, maintain reports, and ensure regulatory compliance (BSA, OFAC, privacy). Provide customer service, recommend bank products, and support team goals.

Develop and manage consumer and mortgage lending relationships: generate leads, advise borrowers, verify financial documents, manage loan pipeline to closing, ensure compliance with SAFE Act and NMLS requirements, coordinate with underwriters/processors/appraisers, and cross-sell bank products.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients by prospecting new business, conducting credit analysis and underwriting, structuring loan packages, presenting deals to credit committees, cross-selling cash management and lending products, and ensuring regulatory and KYC compliance. Support branch operations including office opening/closing and Saturday rotation.
