Coordinate and manage the Financial Stability Institute’s Capacity Development Modernisation project. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, project planning, budgeting, governance reporting, vendor and contract management, stakeholder engagement, business-case assessment, process improvement, technology implementation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and performance metrics. The role supports AI-enabled learning, platform interoperability, and digital learning initiatives while ensuring delivery meets approved scope, milestones, budget, and outcomes.

Provides legal advice to the Bank’s Board, Management, departments, and services on institutional, operational, regulatory, and dispute-related matters. Develops legal structures, manages litigation and outside counsel, liaises with public authorities and international institutions, and conducts legal research supporting central banking and international legal cooperation.

Leads end-to-end infrastructure architecture for complex, multi-domain initiatives across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Defines reference architectures, standards, policies, security and resilience patterns, roadmaps, and governance. Evaluates infrastructure technologies, oversees proofs of concept, optimizes platform costs, and guides delivery teams through testing and operational acceptance. Partners with business, security, risk, audit, and technology stakeholders to align solutions with performance, compliance, scalability, and cost objectives.
