Lead cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting for centrally managed IT, HR, buildings and meetings. Monitor costs and variances, prepare reports and dashboards for senior management and the Board, support resource reallocation, act as Secretary to the Resource Oversight Group, collaborate with stakeholders and project offices, and develop tools and processes to improve financial analysis and forecasting accuracy.

Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise data platforms (Cloudera, Elastic, Dataiku). Lead modernization, automation and hybrid-cloud initiatives; implement monitoring, CI/CD, and AD/Azure AD integration. Ensure operational excellence, security compliance, and mentor technical teams.
