Support the Branch Manager with staffing, scheduling, performance management, operational reporting, facility needs, strategic initiatives, and sales goals. Ensure adherence to banking regulations including BSA and CRA while mentoring employees and resolving escalated operational or customer concerns.

Supports customers with online account applications, account setup, inquiries, information verification, and case resolution through phone and email. Reviews and updates customer records using Microsoft tools and CRM systems, documents interactions, protects confidential information, and completes administrative and operational tasks. The role also explains retail banking products, escalates issues, meets service-level expectations, and contributes customer insights and updates to procedures.

Provides onsite and remote desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, workstations, networking, and endpoint devices. Installs and maintains equipment, performs upgrades, manages deployments and security policies through KACE and Microsoft Intune, handles support tickets and moves, adds, and changes, monitors desktop performance, maintains inventory and documentation, and coordinates with network administrators, facilities teams, vendors, and third-party support.
