Develop and execute visual concepts across campaigns, product launches, shoots, social, digital, e-commerce, retail, events, and other brand touchpoints. The role translates creative direction into mood boards, layouts, visual systems, and production assets; supports photo and video art direction; collaborates with cross-functional teams; presents ideas; maintains brand consistency; and manages multiple creative projects with strong attention to detail.

Build and deploy production AI systems, agents, internal applications, workflows, personalization tools, and decision systems. The role spans model integration, APIs, data, application logic, cloud deployment, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls. Initial projects focus on growth, marketing, paid media, CRM, site merchandising, experimentation, and customer decisioning. The engineer will also help shape applied AI strategy and independently identify and deliver high-impact business solutions.

Own technical apparel development from initial samples through production, ensuring fit, quality, construction, and manufacturability. Create and maintain tech packs, specifications, and construction details in PLM; measure samples, evaluate patterns, lead fittings, and translate feedback into technical direction. Collaborate with factories and cross-functional teams, support wear testing, manage seasonal timelines, resolve risks, and improve technical processes. The role focuses on high-performance running apparel and requires strong technical design and pattern-making expertise.

Design and develop men's technical performance and lifestyle apparel: translate cultural and environmental cues into detailed sketches, 3D/digital renderings, and tech packs. Source materials and trims, collaborate with Product Development, Tech Design, and Sourcing through prototypes and fittings, and contribute to seasonal line architecture and presentations to ensure design intent carries through to production.

Lead global operations and supply chain for a rapidly scaling omni-channel apparel brand. Build scalable sourcing, production, logistics, fulfillment, and distributor systems; optimize 3PL footprint; drive margin expansion, on-time delivery, and operational budgets; scale retail/wholesale and DTC operations; lead customer service and a high-performing operations team to support international growth.
