Leads the Private Client Group Bankers team serving high-net-worth and affluent clients across international personal banking and wealth management. Oversees business development, deposits, assets under management, regulatory compliance, banker performance, training, budgeting, product enhancements, and cross-border coordination across Bci’s international platforms. Executes the Bci Plan Internacional, supports client relationships and market expansion, and coordinates banking, investment, credit, and asset management initiatives.

Protect enterprise systems and customer data through vulnerability management, patch deployment, asset hardening, threat monitoring, incident response, endpoint and cloud security engineering, and security platform administration. The role supports red and blue team exercises, automates security processes, aligns controls with NIST frameworks and banking regulations, maintains audit-ready documentation, and collaborates with IT, compliance, and security teams.

Serves as the CEO’s operational and analytical partner for the Miami branch. Coordinates governance, scorecards, budgets, forecasts, executive meetings, strategic reporting, and communications with Head Office. Analyzes financial and operational performance, identifies risks and bottlenecks, supports department heads, recommends process improvements, and prepares presentations for executives and regulators. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, advanced Microsoft Office and AI tool proficiency, banking experience, travel flexibility, and occasional extended hours.

Onboards individual and institutional clients for Bci Miami and Bci Securities by coordinating account openings, preparing documentation, validating KYC and AML information, communicating with clients and bankers, maintaining records and audit trails, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also supports reporting, administrative activities, process improvement, new-hire training, and special projects while delivering high-quality client service in English and Spanish.
