Leads strategic investment and market expansion analysis for healthcare technology products. Evaluates market opportunities, customer needs, competition, pricing, packaging, roadmap priorities, and financial projections. Builds business cases and executive-ready recommendations while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, External Affairs, and Engineering. Drives alignment on long-term strategy and explores AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Own and scale Bamboo Health’s deal desk function, including order-form intake, commercial-term negotiation, pricing and discount approvals, AI-assisted drafting and routing, Salesforce reporting, and cross-functional escalation management. Build templates, clause libraries, approval thresholds, SLAs, and scalable operating processes while ensuring accurate CRM data and visibility into deal-cycle performance. This senior individual contributor role will establish the function and may eventually build and lead a team.

Leads complex HL7 healthcare integrations across EHRs, hospitals, HIEs, and data partners. Manages technical implementations, testing, mappings, troubleshooting, production launches, risks, escalations, and Tier 1 technical accounts. Partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Implementation, Support, Account Management, and customers. Uses SQL for root-cause analysis, maintains integration health, improves data quality and scalability, and applies AI tools to streamline documentation and workflows.

Generates sales pipeline for post-acute and physician practice markets through account research, customized outreach, prospect qualification, relationship management, and support across the sales cycle. Collaborates with Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, and sales teams on segment strategy, messaging, account planning, and AI-enabled outreach automation. Uses Salesforce and other sales tools to manage prospects, improve productivity, and book qualified meetings in a remote-first environment.

Owns reporting product development for the Controlled Substances Reporting team. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing and grooming the backlog, planning sprints, managing dependencies, communicating releases, maintaining documentation, monitoring product metrics, and coordinating cross-functional delivery. The role also supports roadmap planning, customer launches, data-driven improvements, and AI-assisted workflow automation.

Design, develop, debug, test, and support full-stack healthcare applications and web services. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate healthcare workflows into scalable, secure software. Contribute to system architecture, observability, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical improvements while using AI-assisted tools responsibly.
