Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau, translate customer, regulatory, and business needs into product requirements, and guide roadmap tradeoffs. Partner with customers, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders on data governance, AI-enabled analytics, UAT, documentation, and customer adoption while becoming the subject matter expert in a highly regulated healthcare domain.

Own retention and expansion for a 150+ Tier 1/2 account portfolio by converting AI‑surfaced signals into signed optimization plans, closed saves, and tracked expansion revenue. Run live optimization sessions, negotiate within playbooks, escalate cross‑functional issues, validate automated health scores/reports, and drive measurable ARR retention and upsell outcomes.

Lead onboarding, configuration, and adoption for OpenBeds and Crisis across state behavioral health networks. Create organizations and users, train end users, act as primary onboarding concierge, drive engagement strategies and KPIs, escalate risks, partner with state agencies, and explore AI/automation to improve workflows.

Serve as a product owner on an agile team: define and document requirements, manage backlog and sprints, communicate status, monitor metrics, support releases, and apply AI tools to streamline PO tasks while collaborating with PMs, engineers, design, integrations, and operations.

Lead commercial analytics to measure ROI, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. Build dashboards, perform SQL-based analyses, improve data quality, support forecasting, and implement automation/AI to streamline workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Strategy to influence revenue and retention decisions.
