Provides customer-focused sales support in a retail studio by greeting customers, recommending products, achieving sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising standards, processing transactions and shipments, organizing inventory, and assisting with daily store operations. The role is part-time, onsite, seasonal, and requires collaboration, flexibility, basic technology skills, and the ability to lift, bend, kneel, and climb.

Develop visual design solutions for digital, print, CPG, and production channels while maintaining brand consistency across platforms. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams, present concepts to stakeholders and leadership, provide design feedback and coaching, and stay current with design trends. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, and Zeplin.

Design scalable digital solutions and architectures for internal business and technical teams. Analyze requirements, produce diagrams and estimates, define technical requirements using microservices, APIs, SOA/event-driven/REST and secure protocols, lead complex projects, and collaborate with UX, eCommerce, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Deliver user-centric, pixel-perfect UX/UI designs for Balsam Brands websites, create mockups and assets, maintain style guides and pattern libraries, provide developer-ready specs, iterate on designs, advocate accessibility and user needs, manage multiple projects and communicate design decisions.

Own product strategy and roadmap for retail core systems (financial, OMS, WMS/IMS). Partner with senior business leaders and engineering, prioritize trade-offs, bring an AI-first approach, grow and coach PM teams, define metrics, and drive execution to support scaling and international expansion in a hybrid role.
