Lead new customer acquisition for GE holiday lighting by opening major national retail accounts, negotiating profitable commercial agreements, coordinating launches, managing the first selling cycle, and transitioning established accounts to account management. Develop acquisition strategies, retailer relationships, pipelines, routes to market, broker and distributor partnerships, and cross-functional execution. The role requires strong national retail relationships, commercial judgment, and hands-on experience opening significant new accounts.

Leads distributed Digital and Enterprise engineering organizations, setting technology strategy, architecture, investment roadmaps, AI-enabled SDLC practices, and operational standards. Develops engineering leaders, aligns product and business priorities, manages budgets and vendors, and ensures software quality, security, reliability, and peak-season readiness. Partners with executives to resolve tradeoffs, improve delivery predictability, and drive measurable business outcomes across digital commerce and enterprise systems.

Leads distributed Digital and Enterprise engineering organizations, setting technology strategy, architecture, AI-enabled SDLC practices, operational reliability, investment priorities, and organizational development. Partners with Product and business leaders to align roadmaps, manage tradeoffs, budgets, vendors, and capacity. Oversees software quality, security, CI/CD, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, and peak-season readiness across customer-facing and enterprise systems.

Plans, executes, analyzes, and optimizes international CRM email campaigns across UK and EU markets. Develops audience segmentation, A/B testing, reporting, revenue analysis, and customer lifecycle strategies to improve conversion, loyalty, and profitability. Manages campaign calendars, automation workflows, budgets, vendors, agencies, compliance, and cross-functional planning. Uses CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and Power BI to generate actionable insights, while coaching junior team members and documenting processes.

Manages warehouse operations, order processing, inventory allocation, transfers, forecasting, and shipping coordination. Partners with warehouses, carriers, vendors, supply chain, customer service, and other teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes. Monitors supply chain and financial metrics, prepares leadership reports, and supports cross-functional projects involving inventory and order fulfillment.

Coordinates global inbound and specialized shipments from request through delivery, working with suppliers, freight forwarders, drayage carriers, warehouses, 3PLs, and internal teams. Maintains shipping documentation, validates data, supports forecasting, monitors container milestones and exceptions, coordinates free-time and empty returns, tracks vendor SLAs, and prepares operational reporting. The role also supports process improvements, detention and demurrage management, and peak-season readiness.
