Paid 12-month rotational training program preparing recent graduates for technical sales careers in industrial automation. Trainees rotate through customer support, sales support, operations, and product training; solve customer applications, learn Balluff systems, shadow sales engineers, and build customer relationships. Successful participants transition to a Sales Engineer role supporting the Fort Wayne territory. The role requires relocation to Florence/Cincinnati for training, followed by relocation to Fort Wayne.

Supports customers, sales teams, and system integrators with industrial automation applications. Responsibilities include technical presentations, demonstrations, training, product integration, PLC-related software, BOMs, technical diagrams, troubleshooting, competitive analysis, and demonstration-unit fabrication. The role provides pre- and post-sales technical support, develops system integrator relationships, and travels 30–40% throughout a defined Mid-Atlantic territory.
