This role involves managing and growing a pipeline of corporate and institutional clients by selling IBAN and FX/payment solutions, while owning the full sales cycle.

Lead and expand the IBAN sales desk by driving performance, establishing sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and developing the sales team.

Support implementation and enhancement of the Compliance Monitoring Programme covering MiFID II, PSD2, EMI and related regulations; perform risk assessments, oversee regulatory reporting, draft and maintain compliance policies, identify and remediate breaches, and provide regulatory updates to senior management.
