The Accountant manages financial accounting, month-end and year-end close, balance-sheet reconciliations, management and regulatory reporting, treasury support, accounts payable, intercompany transactions, audit schedules, and finance controls for Malta-regulated entities. The role requires accurate financial data handling, issue resolution, deadline management, and collaboration across Finance, Treasury, Operations, Trading, Risk, and Group Finance.

Support implementation and enhancement of the Compliance Monitoring Programme covering MiFID II, PSD2, EMI and related regulations; perform risk assessments, oversee regulatory reporting, draft and maintain compliance policies, identify and remediate breaches, and provide regulatory updates to senior management.

The Head of FX Derivatives Trading will build and manage the FX derivatives trading desk, oversee execution, risk management, and compliance, while driving product innovation and business development.
