Supports the Group’s AML/CFT framework through customer and enhanced due diligence, transaction monitoring, risk assessments, sanctions and PEP screening, ongoing reviews, investigations, control testing, remediation, regulatory reporting, and accurate KYC record maintenance. The analyst escalates financial crime risks, supports the MLRO and Compliance team, responds to business queries, monitors regulatory developments, and collaborates with operational and business teams.

Supports the compliance framework for regulated financial services activities through monitoring, testing, regulatory reporting, regulatory change tracking, compliance reviews, issue remediation, audit support, and business guidance. The role documents findings, maintains compliance records and calendars, reviews regulatory developments, responds to routine queries, and escalates complex issues to senior compliance staff while reporting to the Head of Compliance.

Process and control domestic and international payments, foreign exchange transactions, beneficiary instructions, reconciliations, and operational queries. The role coordinates with clients, Risk, Treasury, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely transaction execution. Responsibilities also include trade verification, maintaining operational records, supporting business projects and system enhancements, and resolving settlement issues within established procedures.
