The Houseman will support the Events team by setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with the smooth execution of events.

The Assistant Controller aids the Controller in managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while supporting audits and internal controls.

Expediter ensures timely, accurate plating and service coordination in a high-end kitchen. Responsibilities include inspecting dishes, managing ticket timing, coordinating food runners, maintaining hygiene and storage, following recipes and kitchen protocols, attending pre-shift meetings, assisting the line, and helping control food costs while supporting team operations.
