Directs clinical and social services for an acute psychiatric and behavioral healthcare hospital. Oversees department policies, staff, case management, psychotherapeutic services, treatment quality, program evaluation, and interdisciplinary coordination. Requires California LCSW licensure, clinical leadership experience, behavioral or psychiatric healthcare experience, and a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision on inpatient psychiatric units during 12-hour shifts. Organize staff activities and schedules, model high-quality clinical and interpersonal skills, manage crisis interventions, administer psychotropic medication knowledge, facilitate groups, and ensure adherence to hospital, nursing, and HR policies to support patient care and safety.
