Solicit new business and maintain customer accounts in the meat, fish, food processing, and restaurant industries. Perform field visits (majority of time), cold calling, account recovery, customer communication, scheduling, data entry for routing, reporting, and follow-up on missed pickups while coordinating with management and regulatory inspectors.

Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment safely and in compliance with laws. Perform repairs, rebuild pumps, cleaning, painting, confined-space and lockout/tagout work, complete agency reports, assist plant personnel, and follow company procedures. First-shift, Monday–Friday, guaranteed 40 hours. Must hold a Massachusetts Second Class Engineer license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Support Plant Manager in safe, compliant, cost-effective plant operations. Supervise maintenance staff, schedule and track repairs and inventory, maintain equipment (boiler, cookers, presses, hydraulics), ensure regulatory compliance (HAACP, FSMA, APPI), assist hiring and training, manage records and reports, respond to after-hours emergencies, and support OSHA inspections and safety programs.

Solicit new business and maintain existing restaurant/food industry customers for grease trap, used cooking oil collection, and drain services. Visit customers (75-90% field time), handle cancellations, schedule meetings/cold calls, prepare setup sheets, enter routing data, report to management, and ensure regulatory/inspector communication and service satisfaction.

Provide HR support to Northwest regional managers and employees across benefits, leaves, payroll, union matters, compliance, investigations, onboarding, payroll coordination, recordkeeping, and HR audits. Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, collective bargaining interpretation, and workers' compensation return-to-work processes.

Solicit new business and maintain existing customer accounts in the food service industry, conduct field visits (75-90% travel), handle cancellations and recoveries, set appointments and cold calls, enter customer data, report to management, and ensure service quality and regulatory communication.

Manage construction and repair projects from planning through completion: budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, equipment installation, staffing and subcontractor oversight. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, prepare Gantt charts and weekly status reports, review blueprints and vendor contracts, supervise department staff, and coordinate corporate-wide equipment needs. Travel up to 30% and report to the Corporate Production Manager.

Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment safely and efficiently. Perform repairs, pump maintenance, cleaning, painting, and general boiler-room tasks. Follow safety procedures (lockout/tagout, confined space entry), assist plant personnel, maintain punctual attendance, and perform other duties as assigned on the third shift (11 PM–7 AM).
