Support managers and employees across the Northwest with employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, payroll, benefits, union matters, compliance, workers’ compensation, and HR reporting. Advise on employment laws, policies, collective bargaining agreements, accommodations, and employee concerns while maintaining confidential records and partnering with corporate HR, legal, safety, and regional leadership.

Develops new business and maintains customer relationships across Maine and surrounding states. Responsibilities include sales outreach, customer retention, service follow-up, recovering canceled accounts, scheduling meetings and cold calls, coordinating customer setup, monitoring missed collection stops, reporting results, and communicating with customers, company personnel, and regulators. The role is field-based, with 75–90% travel to customer locations in food processing, restaurant, meat, fish, and related industries.

Solicit new business and maintain existing restaurant/food industry customers for grease trap, used cooking oil collection, and drain services. Visit customers (75-90% field time), handle cancellations, schedule meetings/cold calls, prepare setup sheets, enter routing data, report to management, and ensure regulatory/inspector communication and service satisfaction.
