Provide HR support to Northwest regional managers and employees across benefits, leaves, payroll, union matters, compliance, investigations, onboarding, payroll coordination, recordkeeping, and HR audits. Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, collective bargaining interpretation, and workers' compensation return-to-work processes.

Solicit new business and maintain existing restaurant/food industry customers for grease trap, used cooking oil collection, and drain services. Visit customers (75-90% field time), handle cancellations, schedule meetings/cold calls, prepare setup sheets, enter routing data, report to management, and ensure regulatory/inspector communication and service satisfaction.

Solicit new business and maintain existing customers in the food service industry, focusing on grease trap services, used cooking oil collection, and related equipment. Conduct field visits (majority of workday), perform outreach and cold calls, recover canceled accounts, prepare customer setup and routing data, report to management, and coordinate with inspectors and drivers to ensure service quality.
