Summer 2027 private wealth management internship supporting Financial Advisors with report review, research, client meeting preparation, financial planning, market research, administrative tasks, client questions, marketing initiatives, and document processing. The role is full-time and office-based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and exposure to financial advisory work.

Supports Baird’s managed investment platform by advising Financial Advisors and Portfolio Managers, resolving operational issues, handling account exceptions, mapping recruits to products, and improving processes. The role provides platform education, manages internal relationships, develops guidelines and best practices, and supports solutions spanning advisory services, lending, investment products, alternatives, and key accounts.

Oversee accurate and timely investor reporting deliverables, including statements, confirmations, proxy materials, prospectuses, data feeds, and pricing support. Analyze workflows and reporting issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors, support audits and controls, participate in testing and implementations, and lead process improvements. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial services operations knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
