Provide client service and operational support to Financial Advisors: coordinate onboarding, manage communications and CRM, prepare account paperwork, assist with transactions, organize client events, maintain compliance, and support advisor business development.

Partner with Financial Advisors and internal teams to provide expertise on mutual funds and ETFs, maintain and evolve the investment products platform, ensure compliance with policies (including REG BI), develop educational content, and support growth initiatives. Provide day-to-day product support, coordinate cross-functional policy and platform maintenance, and deliver advisor/branch education.
