Provides client service and operational support to Financial Advisors in Private Wealth Management. Responsibilities include coordinating client onboarding, preparing account paperwork, maintaining CRM records, handling client communications, supporting transactions, organizing meetings and events, monitoring investment opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires securities licenses, strong organizational and communication skills, technology proficiency, accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Year-round business coordination internship supporting Equity Research Operations through process improvement, department initiatives, coverage lists, marketing materials, data sourcing, collaboration, and administrative tasks. The role is hybrid in Milwaukee, requires full-time summer and part-time semester availability, and is intended for a local bachelor’s student graduating May 2028 or later.

Supports marketing and communications programs through content creation, digital marketing, website maintenance, competitive research, media relations, analytics, and cross-functional project coordination. The intern prepares marketing collateral, emails, articles, web content, and internal and external communications while assisting business units and creative services teams.
