Provides legal counsel and transactional support on vendor contracts, commercial matters, real estate leases, and related regulatory issues. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements; conducts legal research; advises business partners on legal risk; and supports securities, disclosure, operational, and business initiative matters. The role requires collaboration across the Legal Department, responsible use of legal technology and AI tools, and progressively broader assignments.

Provides client service and operational support to Financial Advisors in Private Wealth Management. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, preparing account paperwork, processing transactions, maintaining CRM records, handling client communications, organizing meetings and events, supporting regulatory compliance, monitoring investment opportunities, and completing administrative projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, technology skills, and securities licensing or willingness to obtain required licenses within 18 months.

Provides analytical support for public offerings, financing transactions, and financial advisory engagements. Conducts research and analysis for business development, client meetings, pitches, due diligence, and transaction execution. Collaborates with investment banking and sales and trading teams, prepares models and pitch books using AI tools, and creates data-driven client insights with visualization software.
