Support escrow, contracts, and commissions processes: manage escrow tasks and check dashboards, process payments and bulk wires, coordinate incoming funds, handle mail and in-office check pickups, assist with Dotloop sorting, rental data entry and compliance, and respond to agent/staff inquiries. Prepare and balance reports for Accounting and support special projects as assigned.
