Delivers second-line risk and compliance assurance across investment, regulatory, operational, business, and financial crime risk areas. Plans and performs control testing, thematic reviews, surveillance, and monitoring; evaluates evidence and control effectiveness; identifies risks and root causes; drafts findings and recommendations; tracks remediation; and reports themes to senior stakeholders. Uses data, management information, and AI-enabled tools to improve assurance quality while applying independent professional judgment.

Manages compliance surveillance technology, data, and automation supporting second-line risk assurance. Performs alert and case reviews, control testing, system configuration, data analysis, and trend identification across investment, compliance, business risk, and financial crime areas. Translates assurance requirements into dashboards, queries, workflows, and continuous monitoring capabilities while validating AI and automation outputs, improving data quality, and reporting system performance and assurance findings to stakeholders.

Supports accounting, financial control, investor reporting, cash management, capital calls, distributions, banking, treasury, audits, regulatory filings, and operational setup for private companies funds and co-investment vehicles. The role reviews administrator deliverables, prepares NAVs and performance metrics, coordinates with auditors and service providers, maintains fund data and records, and contributes to process improvements.

Leads data governance portfolios, frameworks, policies, controls, data ownership, quality, metadata, lineage, and assurance activities. Embeds governance across data products, platforms, analytics, and AI initiatives; investigates quality issues; develops reporting and remediation plans; influences senior stakeholders; and mentors a sub-team while improving repeatable governance methods.

Manage the planning, creation, curation, distribution, and performance measurement of client and marketing insights content across digital platforms. Coordinate with marketing, PR, social media, communications, and regional teams to deliver articles, films, podcasts, infographics, and social posts. Maintain digital asset tagging and controls, support analytics reporting, mentor team members, build stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement through effective use of digital tools.

Manage the firm’s internal print service, including prioritizing requests, operating and maintaining digital printing and finishing equipment, troubleshooting artwork and production issues, preparing PDFs for print, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The role also provides customer guidance, coordinates workflow through HighGear, liaises with equipment technicians, maintains the print room, and oversees COSHH and workplace safety requirements.

Oversee fund risk management for UCITS and alternative investment funds, including risk profiles, limits, stress testing, breaches, controls, regulatory compliance, and delegated service-provider oversight. Develop clear reporting for company and fund boards, provide independent challenge, support regulatory requirements, and contribute to broader business-risk analysis, projects, data improvements, and process enhancements. The role may involve appointment as the designated person responsible for fund risk management, subject to Central Bank approval.
