Manages daily cash positions, liquidity, banking relationships, payment processing, cash-flow forecasting, treasury controls, regulatory compliance, and bank reconciliations. Oversees cash collections across surf operations, memberships, food and beverage, retail, and events. Processes supplier and payroll payments, monitors banking costs, investigates discrepancies, supports audits, and maintains accurate treasury reporting while safeguarding company funds and ensuring compliance with Bahrain regulations.

Manage end-to-end procurement, supplier sourcing, contracts, purchase orders, inventory controls, stock audits, and vendor performance. Monitor food, beverage, retail, and operating costs; analyze margins, consumption, budgets, COGS, and variances; perform recipe costing and menu engineering; prepare inventory valuations, accruals, dashboards, and financial reports; and enforce purchasing and internal controls across the surf park.

Maintains general ledgers, prepares financial statements, records journals and adjustments, manages payables, receivables, supplier reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation. Ensures Bahrain VAT and IFRS compliance, supports tax and external audits, enforces internal controls, analyzes financial performance, and recommends process improvements across Bahrain Surf Park operations.

Safeguard and report revenue across surf operations, food and beverage, retail, memberships, events, and other commercial channels. Perform daily POS, booking, payment, cash, and bank reconciliations; audit discounts, refunds, voids, and overrides; manage deferred revenue and IFRS 15 recognition; prepare journals, month-end reconciliations, dashboards, variance analyses, and VAT schedules; and support internal and external audits.

Supports the Food and Beverage Manager in running restaurant, kiosk, bar, and private-event catering operations. Leads floor service, staffing, rosters, coaching, guest complaint resolution, hygiene audits, inventory control, POS usage, cost monitoring, and peak-period planning. The role ensures service quality, guest satisfaction, food safety, budget performance, and effective coordination between front- and back-of-house teams.

Support daily surf park operations by coordinating with the operations team, monitoring guest activities, maintaining safety protocols, and helping deliver a safe, enjoyable, world-class surfing experience. The role requires shift, weekend, and holiday availability and involves maintaining high operational standards in a recreational hospitality environment.
