The Hardscapes Sales Representative will provide customer service and sales for hardscapes products, manage orders, and assist in the showroom while representing the company at trade shows. Requires team collaboration and excellent communication skills.

This role involves ERP development and support for NetSuite, including custom script maintenance, integrations, workflows, and user training, ensuring efficiency and security in operations.

Lead development and execution of integrated B2C and B2B digital marketing and eCommerce strategies. Own website and digital experience, CRM and database strategy, email/SEO/SEM, analytics, and campaign optimization. Manage external partners and cross-functional teams, mentor a digital marketing team, and drive performance and growth across retail and wholesale channels.
