Provides frontline retail sales and customer service for trees, patio furniture, plants, gifts, and gardening products. Recommends products, processes purchases and delivery orders, stocks and prices merchandise, maintains displays and store conditions, and supports cash register operations. Provides direction, task assignments, performance monitoring, and training to associates when supervisors are absent. Requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Oversee the floral and indoor plant area: supervise and train staff, merchandise, order and control inventory, assist with floral design, perform administrative tasks, ensure safety and store cleanliness, and manage store operations in managers' absence.

Support greenhouse crop production by watering, fertilizing, controlling environment, applying crop protection, and identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient issues. Learn greenhouse operations, operate motorized equipment, lift and move heavy materials, work rotating weekend shifts during peak times, and comply with licensing and safety requirements.
