Own end-to-end release management for major product launches: plan and coordinate releases, ensure quality and production readiness, drive go-to-market communications and sales/customer readiness, create adoption analytics and executive reporting, and continuously improve release processes and governance across cross-functional teams.

Supports customers throughout onboarding and the customer lifecycle, providing L1 technical support, configuration, training, issue resolution, and success measurement. Builds relationships with key customers, advocates for customer needs in product planning, collaborates with Sales on expansion opportunities, and improves customer success processes. Works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Development, and Customer Success teams while providing global coverage.

Execute end-to-end payroll for US and international employees, prepare semi-monthly and special payrolls, coordinate with third-party providers, prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations, support payroll tax compliance and reporting, partner with HR, and assist with AP/AR, billing, collections, cash management, and process improvements.
