Designs, builds, configures, and deploys complex Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions across cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and modern workplace environments. Produces HLDs, LLDs, and Statements of Work; supports presales, technical reviews, acceptance testing, and escalations. Establishes delivery standards, mentors engineers, assures solution quality, manages technical risks, and maintains advanced expertise across Microsoft, Sophos, Mimecast, Acronis, and networking technologies.

Build, configure, and deploy complex Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions across cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, security, virtual desktops, migrations, and backup/disaster recovery. Produce technical designs and Statements of Work, lead design assurance, resolve escalated issues, support presales, mentor engineers, maintain deployment standards, and validate solution acceptance. The role requires hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft, Sophos, Mimecast, Acronis, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.

Supports event planning and delivery, including logistics, supplier coordination, attendee communications, on-site representation, and post-event analysis. Develops and schedules B2B social content, primarily for LinkedIn, using AI tools and performance data to improve results. The role also supports marketing campaigns, captures engagement data, and gradually assumes greater ownership of social direction. It is Wakefield-based with UK event travel and requires a driving licence and vehicle.

Leads finance business partnering, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, management and board reporting, variance analysis, planning model development, and commercial performance insight. Partners with sales, operations, and executives while reporting recurring revenue metrics including ARR, churn, ARPU, retention, and product-line margins. Requires qualified accountancy credentials, FP&A or commercial finance experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling, multi-entity budgeting, and recurring-revenue business experience.

Provides second-line, desk-based IT support to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Microsoft 365, operating systems, Azure, networks, hardware, antivirus, and email protection issues; meeting SLAs; documenting cases; maintaining technical documentation; monitoring and maintaining systems; and mentoring colleagues. The role is home-based and requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills.

Support planning and delivery of Babbles events, act as front-of-house ambassador, manage logistics and post-event reporting. Build and execute LinkedIn-focused social content, use AI tools for content creation, schedule and monitor posts, and use data to improve performance. Provide admin support to wider marketing projects and capture event and engagement data for the marketing function.
