Provides operational and administrative support for enterprise seller accounts, including marketplace setup, inventory and listing workflows, reporting, client recaps, buyer communications, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Tracks requests, deadlines, and action items while reviewing marketplace data for trends and problems. The role initially supports Account Managers and may grow into greater client-facing responsibility and account ownership.

Supports strategic B2B accounts through retention, growth, reporting, business reviews, and client communication. The Account Manager analyzes marketplace performance using Tableau and related tools, translates data into actionable recommendations, maintains Salesforce records, resolves client needs, and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and support teams. The role progressively assumes ownership of an independent enterprise client portfolio and develops account strategies in a hybrid Boston office environment.

Lead B-Stock's external channel partnership strategy end-to-end: source, structure, negotiate, and manage partnerships with technology platforms, SaaS providers, 3PLs, returns infrastructure, and data partners to drive new seller supply and measurable GMV growth. Build programs, frameworks, and reporting; close complex deals and coordinate cross-functional teams to activate partnerships.

The Senior Product Manager will lead product execution, define requirements, drive feature adoption, manage cross-functional teams, and utilize AI tools to improve product workflows while demonstrating ownership and accountability over product outcomes.

Design, build, scale, and maintain the companys e-commerce marketplace platform using AI-assisted workflows. Deliver production-quality full-stack features, validate AI-generated code, mentor engineers, improve systems, and partner with Product and Design to execute initiatives.
