Provides comprehensive HR support for two manufacturing plants, including employee and labor relations, hourly recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, training, compliance, investigations, HRIS and payroll changes, employee records, reporting, and engagement activities. Partners with plant leadership and union representatives while advising on policies, discipline, terminations, employment law, and employee relations.

Production Lead coordinates production employees, maintains production goals, oversees equipment safety, troubleshoots minor maintenance issues, reports equipment problems and employee performance, inspects finished products, supports training and safety enforcement, and covers supervisor duties when needed. The role includes direct reports, customer communication, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Project Engineer supporting facility expansions, greenfield development, infrastructure improvements, and capital projects across manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include developing scopes, budgets, schedules, and capital requests; coordinating contractors, vendors, consultants, and plant stakeholders; managing construction through commissioning and startup; evaluating facility utilities; overseeing safety and regulatory compliance; and performing ROI analyses. The role manages multiple projects across locations and requires travel up to 50%.
