Develop and execute internal and external communications to boost employee engagement and brand reputation. Produce announcements, press releases, web and social content, manage editorial calendars, support media relations and events, partner with leaders and cross-functional teams, and measure communication effectiveness to recommend improvements.

Support month-end close and GAAP-compliant journal entries, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, administer customer agreements and deal reviews, assist budgeting and forecasting, support audits and inventories, drive ERP integration and process improvements, and deliver financial insights to cross-functional teams.

Provide administrative support for a manufacturing facility, supervise front office functions (HR admin, AP/AR, reception, mail, purchasing, facilities), handle customer inquiries and escalations, train new hires, implement policies, review production/payroll/shipping reports, and assist with customer relations and sales records.
