Provide process line support, troubleshoot equipment, prepare specifications and bids, create drawings and calculations, requisition materials, oversee construction and startups, and maintain engineering documentation and progress reports.

Lead reliability improvement across multi-plant coil coating facilities through RCA, FMEA, PdM programs, CMMS-driven data analysis, project leadership, asset lifecycle management, and training maintenance personnel to reduce downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Lead and manage the facility quality assurance program to ensure products meet specifications. Oversee audits, vendor and customer corrective actions, nonconforming material disposition, testing repeatability studies, training, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement using Green Belt methods.
