Leads reliability improvements across multiple coil coating manufacturing facilities by analyzing equipment failures, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, monitoring asset performance, and managing reliability projects. Uses RCA, FMEA, RCM, CMMS, and condition-monitoring technologies to reduce downtime and optimize equipment lifecycle performance. Collaborates with operations and maintenance teams, manages spare parts and lubrication programs, supports capital planning, and trains personnel in reliability-centered maintenance.

Develops and implements cost-effective manufacturing solutions for coil coating and metal processing lines. Evaluates production processes, reduces downtime and waste, performs heat transfer and thermodynamic analyses, troubleshoots combustion and thermal systems, and uses process historian data for root cause analysis. The role supports equipment improvements, capital projects, construction, installations, commissioning, and process line operations while improving safety, quality, productivity, and energy efficiency.

Manages corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, GAAP and SOX compliance, account reconciliations, financial analysis, controls, and accounting procedures. Oversees Oracle account structures, rollforwards, balance sheet and income statement reporting, and process improvements. Leads, mentors, and develops the accounting team while collaborating with internal audit, finance teams, and technical accounting. Requires domestic travel of up to 10%.
