Maintains and repairs the resort’s physical facilities, guest rooms, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, laundry, pool, and other equipment. Performs preventive maintenance, responds to alarms and guest requests, monitors energy conservation, reports hazards and major repair needs, and follows safety procedures including lockout/tagout. Requires strong mechanical ability, trade knowledge, customer service skills, physical stamina, and three to five years of commercial building maintenance experience.

Supervise hotel operations and front desk staff, ensuring efficient guest registration, checkout, service quality, cash handling, staffing, training, and policy compliance. Oversee guest services, revenue upselling, reservations, inventories, and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, marketplace, and sales teams. Handle guest issues, support hiring and performance processes, maintain safety standards, and assist with operational tasks as needed.
