Produce AI-generated content using voiceovers, avatars, animation, and visual effects while accurately representing medical devices. Conduct occasional on-site shoots, handle videography, editing, motion graphics, audio, color correction, subtitles, file organization, and revisions. Collaborate with marketing on concepts, scripts, storyboards, and brand-compliant content for digital and sales channels.

Supports inside sales through lead generation, qualification, customer communication, product presentations, follow-ups, CRM maintenance, reporting, and coordination with field sales and internal teams. Engages healthcare providers and distributors, schedules demonstrations, tracks sales pipelines, follows up on quotations and orders, analyzes sales activity, and helps convert qualified opportunities. The role also maintains customer relationships, identifies repeat-business opportunities, and escalates technical, clinical, pricing, and customer-service issues.
