Own the day-to-day finance and accounting function, including monthly close, general ledger management, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, payables, reimbursements, cash flow, banking, audits, and internal controls. The role will build finance processes, maintain accurate records, prepare leadership and investor reports, manage vendors and payments, and identify financial or compliance gaps in a fast-paced MedTech startup.

Manage territory sales for medical devices, including developing distributors and sales channels, building healthcare stakeholder relationships, conducting market and competitor analysis, achieving revenue targets, forecasting, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires extensive travel, customer demonstrations, collaboration with internal teams, and knowledge of medical devices, diabetes care, and healthcare markets.

Manage and optimize the company’s Zoho ecosystem, including Creator, CRM, Desk, Projects, Books, and Analytics. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, automations, dashboards, user permissions, integrations, customer support operations, reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvements. The role serves as the primary Zoho contact and partners with stakeholders to implement scalable business systems and improve operational efficiency.
