Manage and grow a portfolio of Dutch public-sector clients, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders. Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from opportunity discovery through negotiation and closing, while identifying upsell and renewal opportunities. The role requires expertise in government tenders, public procurement, technical enterprise IT environments, and SaaS or data-streaming solutions. Collaboration with marketing, strong industry knowledge, and fluent Dutch and English are essential.
