Lead a national enterprise sales team selling Axon’s Drone as First Responder and counter-drone platforms to public safety agencies, municipalities, and government organizations. Develop go-to-market strategy, drive adoption of emerging aerial technologies, support scalable customer deployments, and cultivate relationships with public safety leaders, regulators, and government stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and operations teams to influence the product roadmap and deliver measurable growth.

Leads Axon’s national Majors Air sales organization, driving adoption of Drone as First Responder and counter-drone technologies across public safety and government markets. Responsibilities include managing enterprise account executives, developing go-to-market strategy, supporting aerial response program deployments, cultivating government and regulatory relationships, and partnering with product, engineering, strategy, and operations teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver measurable growth.

Advise Axon on complex mergers and acquisitions, securities law, capital markets, corporate governance, due diligence, transaction documentation, regulatory filings, and post-merger integration. Partner with the Chief Legal Officer, Board, executives, Corporate Development, and financial reporting teams. Manage outside counsel, present legal analyses, negotiate transaction documents, and ensure M&A activities align with legal and strategic objectives.

Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Provide legal counsel to global sales teams on complex SaaS, hardware, and services transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, assess risks, supervise contracts managers, and establish acceptable risk standards.
