Provide transactional legal support to global sales and product teams: draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts (SaaS, hardware, services); supervise contracts managers; build and maintain CLM processes, templates, playbooks, and risk frameworks; advise on regulatory and IP matters; mentor legal staff and support cross-functional implementation of contract lifecycle systems.

Lead a team of Technical Account Managers for Axon, ensuring deployment and technical stabilization of systems. Engage with customers at the executive level to drive successful outcomes and maintain strong relationships.

Serve as the primary technical partner embedded with law enforcement agencies to drive deployments, troubleshoot escalations, enable adoption, deliver training, and provide data-driven insights using Power BI/SQL and integrations to improve operational effectiveness.
