Teams at Axon

Serve as the primary technical partner for public safety agencies to deploy, integrate, and optimize Axon’s software and device ecosystem. Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption and training, support data/reporting needs (Power BI/SQL), and provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve customer outcomes and operational workflows.

Serve as the primary technical partner for public safety agencies, supporting software deployments, troubleshooting, integrations, onboarding, adoption, training, and operational improvements. Manage escalations, coordinate root-cause analysis across teams, monitor customer health and adoption metrics, and provide product feedback. Work onsite with customers as needed and use tools such as Power BI and SQL to support reporting, data integrations, and workflow visibility.

Serve as the primary technical contact for public safety agencies to deploy, adopt, and operate Axon software and integrated solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate escalations, support deployments and training, drive adoption and workflow improvements, deliver data-driven insights using Power BI/SQL, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve customer outcomes.
