Supports the Community Director with daily property operations, financial transactions, resident records, leasing, renewals, marketing, resident relations, move-ins, reporting, and compliance. Maintains community standards, assists with resident maintenance requests, conducts orientations, supports sales activities, and operates the property when the director is absent.

Oversee daily operations of a 55+ multifamily community, lead and develop the on-site team, maintain occupancy and revenue goals, support leasing and resident activities, manage budgets and invoices, ensure property standards, handle applications and compliance, and coordinate unit turnover, marketing, and collections.

Leads IT service desk operations, manages support staff and ticketing processes, monitors KPIs, and escalates complex technical issues. Oversees onboarding, offboarding, asset inventory, documentation, end-user training, and hardware/software support. Administers identity systems including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Okta, SSO, and MFA. Partners on network operations, security, automation, infrastructure projects, system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations while driving service improvements across multiple locations.
