Coordinate and manage patient support programs: enroll eligible patients, maintain accurate electronic records, support medication delivery, liaise with stakeholders, accompany field visits, prepare program reports, complete required trainings (including pharmacovigilance), report adverse events, and perform administrative and governance tasks to ensure program compliance and patient access.

Coordinate contract lifecycle and compliance for Patient Support Programs, consolidate and analyze program data, ensure audit readiness, monitor KPIs, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support pharmacovigilance reporting, and drive process improvements to expand patient access.

Provide comprehensive community pharmaceutical care: dispense and compound medications, counsel patients and healthcare teams, manage inventory and licenses, supervise support staff, ensure regulatory compliance (DHA/MOH), maintain records, complete operational and administrative pharmacy tasks, and contribute to quality assurance and training.
