Finance Associate responsible for accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, accurate transaction posting, and supporting the finance team across Dubai and Dublin. The role requires collaboration with operations, coverage for finance colleagues, timely completion of tasks, and occasional travel. Candidates should have finance or accounting education, at least four years of relevant experience, strong SAP Business One and Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Provides first-line customer and service desk support for Axios+ users, managing inquiries, categorizing and resolving incidents, coordinating escalations, and maintaining service levels. The role also cleans and validates data, prepares reports, supports user demonstrations and training, contributes to functional specifications, and identifies platform improvements. It requires collaboration with business, project management, and regional teams, plus pharmacovigilance training and adverse-event reporting responsibilities.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 services; administer user accounts and collaboration tools; support network, telephony (IP PBX/VoIP) and basic firewall tasks; maintain backups, asset inventory and documentation; coordinate vendors; follow security standards and contribute to process improvements.
