Oversee daily shift operations at a sober living facility: supervise clients, delegate tasks, train staff, enforce program rules, perform drug/alcohol testing, maintain records in housing software, manage property upkeep and inventory, and respond to crises while reporting to supervisors and completing assigned projects.

Serve as primary liaison to the Navajo Nation and Tribal communities across northwest New Mexico. Build and maintain government-to-government and community partnerships, plan outreach events, coordinate with healthcare and community stakeholders, ensure culturally responsive programming, report on outreach activities, and travel frequently across rural and Tribal communities to improve access to behavioral health and related services.

Oversee stakeholder engagement, data tracking, grant compliance, reporting, quality improvement, staff coordination, and partnership with Tribal Nations and community providers to ensure program outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates learning initiatives to support workforce development, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Conducts needs assessments, creates training materials, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, manages LMS administration and compliance tracking, partners with leaders and SMEs, and supports leadership development and behavioral health training topics.

Plan, coordinate, and execute organizational projects supporting strategic, operational, and clinical goals. Develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, facilitate communication, oversee budgets, ensure compliance, coordinate stakeholders, support technology and clinical initiatives, and report progress to leadership.

Provide individual, group, and family substance-abuse therapy; perform clinical assessments and treatment planning; complete same-day documentation in the EMR; participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams, supervision, trainings, and community referrals; maintain licensure, CE requirements, HIPAA compliance, and coordination with billing and utilization review.

Maintain financial records and general ledger for multiple entities; prepare journal entries, analyses, and reconciliations; support monthly close and audits; maintain accounts payable documentation and assist billing with collections and reporting; ensure GAAP compliance and support the CFO and Accounting Manager as needed.

The Case Manager at Axiom Care supports low-income and justice-involved individuals in recovery by managing cases, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care.

The Clinician provides individual and group therapy for substance use disorders, collaborates on treatment plans, and documents client progress in EMR systems while adhering to best practices and regulations.

Greet patients and visitors, answer and route phone calls, maintain reception area, assist with patient intake/insurance/billing and basic clerical tasks, support emergency routines, and perform light physical duties.

The Case Manager at Axiom Care provides support for clients in recovery, develops treatment plans, conducts group sessions, and ensures community reintegration, addressing social determinants affecting health and recovery.

Lead and oversee accounting and financial reporting including month/year-end close, GAAP-compliant statements, cash management, internal controls, Single Audit coordination, budgeting support, team supervision, process improvements, and financial reporting to executives, lenders, and auditors for a multi-entity behavioral health organization.

The Peer Support Specialist monitors and supports clients, transports them for treatment, ensures compliance with facility rules, and maintains documentation. They intervene during crises, manage properties, supervise clients, and provide a safe environment for recovery.

The Billing and Coding Specialist processes insurance claims, reviews accuracy, monitors claims, and ensures service coverage by insurance while supporting cultural sensitivity initiatives.

Provide direct supervision and support to residents in recovery housing: monitor clients, transport to treatment, document incidents, perform facility checks, meal prep, testing, light maintenance, and maintain records in housing software. Serve as role model and ensure a safe, compliant environment.
