Provides administrative and clinical supervision for a substance use behavioral health residential facility. Oversees clinical staff, case staffing, treatment curricula, documentation, employee evaluations, training, licensing compliance, inspections, and clinical policy development. Provides licensure supervision to associate-level staff and interns, participates in interdisciplinary leadership, supports culturally responsive care, and remains available for on-call support at the 24/7 facility.

Provide direct client supervision and support in a residential substance-use treatment setting: transport clients, document occurrences, perform facility checks, meal prep, testing, light maintenance, recordkeeping, and ensure a safe, recovery-focused environment on night shifts.

Manage end-to-end HR functions including HRIS administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, reporting, audits, leave administration, and supporting HR projects under HR leadership in a behavioral health setting.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates learning initiatives to support workforce development, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Conducts needs assessments, creates training materials, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, manages LMS administration and compliance tracking, partners with leaders and SMEs, and supports leadership development and behavioral health training topics.

Provide coordinated case management and life-skills support for residential clients, facilitate psychoeducational groups, develop and document individualized service plans in the EMR, connect clients to community resources and benefits, participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams and safe discharge planning, and ensure culturally informed, trauma‑informed care.

Plan, coordinate, and execute organizational projects supporting strategic, operational, and clinical goals. Develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, facilitate communication, oversee budgets, ensure compliance, coordinate stakeholders, support technology and clinical initiatives, and report progress to leadership.

Manage utilization review and payor authorizations by reviewing clinical documentation for medical necessity, compiling prior authorization and concurrent review data, coordinating with payors, finance, and clinical teams, maintaining UR documentation, preparing correspondence and status summaries, and participating in quality improvement activities.

The Peer Support Specialist monitors and supports clients, transports them for treatment, ensures compliance with facility rules, and maintains documentation. They intervene during crises, manage properties, supervise clients, and provide a safe environment for recovery.

Lead and oversee accounting and financial reporting including month/year-end close, GAAP-compliant statements, cash management, internal controls, Single Audit coordination, budgeting support, team supervision, process improvements, and financial reporting to executives, lenders, and auditors for a multi-entity behavioral health organization.

Greet patients and visitors, answer and route phone calls, maintain reception area, assist with patient intake/insurance/billing and basic clerical tasks, support emergency routines, and perform light physical duties.

The Clinician provides individual and group therapy for substance use disorders, collaborates on treatment plans, and documents client progress in EMR systems while adhering to best practices and regulations.

The Case Manager at Axiom Care provides support for clients in recovery, develops treatment plans, conducts group sessions, and ensures community reintegration, addressing social determinants affecting health and recovery.

The Case Manager at Axiom Care supports low-income and justice-involved individuals in recovery by managing cases, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care.
