Leads Axiom Care’s integrated digital and traditional marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences. Owns channel performance, paid and organic acquisition, email and SMS programs, SEO/SEM, content, brand consistency, reporting, and marketing ROI. Builds personalized communication journeys, analyzes campaign performance, partners with executive and operational teams, and leads internal staff, agencies, and vendors. The role requires healthcare marketing experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and hands-on expertise across marketing platforms and automation tools.

Maintain financial records and general ledger for multiple entities; prepare journal entries, analyses, and reconciliations; support monthly close and audits; maintain accounts payable documentation and assist billing with collections and reporting; ensure GAAP compliance and support the CFO and Accounting Manager as needed.

Manage end-to-end HR functions including HRIS administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, reporting, audits, leave administration, and supporting HR projects under HR leadership in a behavioral health setting.
