Support and enable Axial's go-to-market organization through systems configuration, workflow automation, reporting, data analysis, targeted campaign operations, and cross-functional projects to improve GTM productivity and decision-making.

Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools. Integrate AI solutions with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong), build orchestrations with n8n/Zapier/Clay/Apps Script, and establish AI architecture (RAG, vector DBs, MCPs). Partner with business leaders to prioritize, deliver, and iterate durable automation and internal applications that improve operational efficiency and member experiences.

Lead analytics, automations, and GTM systems to improve productivity and decision-making. Build integrations, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools; manage offshore teams and external vendors; scope and drive high-impact projects from analysis through implementation and adoption; partner with GTM and cross-functional leaders to improve operating performance.

Join Axial's Go-to-Market team to win new business and grow existing relationships across buy-side and sell-side members. Proactively engage prospects and customers via phone and email, manage account processes, track KPIs, handle Salesforce admin and contract processing, respond to help requests, and report product feedback. You'll be trained on product talk tracks and expected to drive member engagement and platform usage.
