Join Axial's Go-to-Market team to win new business and grow existing relationships across buy-side and sell-side members. Proactively engage prospects and customers via phone and email, manage account processes, track KPIs, handle Salesforce admin and contract processing, respond to help requests, and report product feedback. You'll be trained on product talk tracks and expected to drive member engagement and platform usage.

Support and enable Axial's go-to-market organization through systems configuration, workflow automation, reporting, data analysis, targeted campaign operations, and cross-functional projects to improve GTM productivity and decision-making.

Lead Axial's website and digital growth roadmap, driving SEO/AEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, AI-assisted prototyping, and analytics to increase qualified leads, business-owner and buyer acquisition, and product-led growth.

Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools. Integrate AI solutions with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong), build orchestrations with n8n/Zapier/Clay/Apps Script, and establish AI architecture (RAG, vector DBs, MCPs). Partner with business leaders to prioritize, deliver, and iterate durable automation and internal applications that improve operational efficiency and member experiences.

The Senior HR Business Partner will coach managers, shape talent strategies, oversee daily HR operations, and collaborate with leadership on key initiatives.

Design, build, and operate systems for Axial's go-to-market function, focusing on automation, workflow integration, and operational efficiency.
