Proactively engage prospects and customers via phone and email, manage account processes, track KPIs, handle Salesforce admin and contract processing, respond to help requests, and report product feedback. You'll be trained on product talk tracks and expected to drive member engagement and platform usage.

Support and enable Axial's go-to-market organization through systems configuration, workflow automation, reporting, data analysis, targeted campaign operations, and cross-functional projects to improve GTM productivity and decision-making.

Lead Axial's website and digital growth roadmap, driving SEO/AEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, AI-assisted prototyping, and analytics to increase qualified leads, business-owner and buyer acquisition, and product-led growth.
