Own financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, unit economics, FP&A infrastructure, and strategic finance projects. Build and manage driver-based models, budgets, reforecasts, LTV/CAC analyses, dashboards, and leadership presentations. Partner with Go-To-Market leaders on growth strategy and performance, while using AI workflows and agents to automate recurring financial analysis.

Support and enable Axial's go-to-market organization through systems configuration, workflow automation, reporting, data analysis, targeted campaign operations, and cross-functional projects to improve GTM productivity and decision-making.

Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools. Integrate AI solutions with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong), build orchestrations with n8n/Zapier/Clay/Apps Script, and establish AI architecture (RAG, vector DBs, MCPs). Partner with business leaders to prioritize, deliver, and iterate durable automation and internal applications that improve operational efficiency and member experiences.
