The role also manages logistics providers, customs coordination, international fulfillment, and customer delivery communication.

Build a model enablement platform for heterogeneous AI computing across AIPUs, CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, and other accelerators. Responsibilities include model ingestion, graph partitioning, compilation, runtime execution, performance profiling, memory and scheduling optimization, large-model offloading, and verification integrated into CI. The role combines architecture ownership with hands-on C++ and Python engineering across model frontends, compilers, runtimes, and application pipelines.

Own LLM and VLM enablement on Axelera AI hardware, from studying and profiling models through productionizing them in the Voyager SDK. Responsibilities include PyTorch references, quantization, weight mapping, model contracts, pipeline integration, KV-cache management, multimodal serving, accuracy validation, and bring-up platform development. The role also shapes GenAI, agent, and speech capabilities for edge devices.

Owns joint marketing with global customers and partners, including OEMs, system builders, and integrators. Develops and executes co-branded campaigns, solution briefs, customer stories, launches, demand-generation programs, and event activations. Partners with Sales and Product on positioning, measures pipeline influence and campaign performance, and builds repeatable co-marketing processes. Represents the company with partner marketing teams and executives while managing relationships across the Americas and Europe.

Grow and manage Axelera AI’s developer community across forums, GitHub, social channels, and events. Responsibilities include answering technical questions, creating tutorials and product content, organizing webinars and meetups, building relationships with influencers and power users, advocating for community-requested product improvements, supporting open-source contributions, and tracking engagement and health metrics. The role requires technical literacy in AI hardware, SDKs, embedded systems, maker platforms, and AI-assisted content and analytics tools.

Own new business and account growth across hyperscalers, neoclouds, enterprises, and frontier AI labs in the Americas. Manage complex technical sales cycles, layered OEM/ODM and channel routes, capacity commitments, design-ins, pipeline forecasting, contracts, and executive relationships. Translate semiconductor performance, power, and TCO advantages into commercial outcomes while partnering with product, engineering, marketing, legal, and finance. Build a qualified pipeline through an existing customer network and represent the company at industry events.

Lead and build Axelera's AI Infrastructure Systems division to deliver datacenter-class hardware from accelerator cards and OAM/UBB modules to 1U/2U racks. Own architecture, schematics, PCB/layout review, power/thermal/mechanical design, BMC/firmware, bring-up, validation, qualification, NPI, and ramp with CMs/ODMs. Align roadmaps with silicon, SDK, and product teams, engage customers and partners, set engineering processes, manage budget and vendor relationships, and mitigate technical risks through hands-on leadership.

Serve as the technical interface between Axelera and Taiwan ODM/CM partners, supporting hardware integration, partner bring-up, CM NPI/production support, supplier coordination, component qualification, design verification, and defect triage to enable successful deployment of Axelera accelerator products.
